Care and Maintenance of Envelop Protective Covers

Care and Maintenance of Envelop Protective Covers:

1. Leave Envelop® Protective Covers installed on the equipment as much as possible.
   
   
2. When the covers are not in use, store them in your workspace. All new Envelop Protective Covers are being delivered with black nylon mesh storage bags attached to the inside of the cover with a lanyard. There is a storage pouch inside of the cover for the storage bag when the cover is installed on the equipment. Do not leave the covers laying out on deck with the absorbent quilted material open to the rain and spray as they will quickly become waterlogged.
   
   
3. If the covers become soiled, the exterior cordura surface should be cleaned with simple degreasing soap and water. The interior surface of the covers should be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. If soap and water are used on the inside, the absorbent will become waterlogged.
