The National Maintenance Branch, Logistics and Engineering Operations (LEO) Di-rectorate, clearly recognized that communications shelters and containerized systems are being exposed to adverse environmental conditions during long periods of time while improperly stored in LBE, resulting in significant and costly repairs.
